PRINCE2 Project Management techniques

The different Project Management techniques are Project Assurance and Project Scope. The brief description about the techniques is given below:

Project Assurance:

Providing an individual view of how the project is proceeding is the duty of Project Assurance. In PRINCE2 there are totally three views of assurance:

1. Business

2. User

3. Specialist.

What is Assurance?

Assurance is mainly about analyzing the feasiblity of the Project in terms of cost and benefits.

Project Scope:

While we take up a particular Project we will have several organizational activities to be done like keeping everyone informed about meetings, summing up all the files etc.
