After passing the CISSP® exam, you must subscribe to the (ISC)²®Code of Ethics.An endorsement form must be filled to complete the joining formalities. It must be signed by a certified CISSP® professional.
This person must be able to verify your work experience in information security. The completed endorsement form must be submitted within nine months of passing the exam. This will confirm your status as a fully certified CISSP® professional.
What you need to do maintain your CISSP® credential?
If you wish to maintain the credential, then recertification is required every three years. The certificate holder must pay an annual fee of $85 over a three year period. The holder must earn 40 continuing professional credits (CPE) each year. This comes to a total of 120 CPEs within a three year period.
